Terms and Conditions

Welcome to New Creation Photobooth! By booking our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. 
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full [48 hours / 7 days] before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received and acknowledged by New Creation Photobooth.
     

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund, minus the deposit. 
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.
     

3. Service Guarantee

  • We strive to provide seamless setup, quality photos, and exceptional service. 
  • If technical difficulties arise, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve them quickly.
  • In the rare event of a total equipment failure or inability to deliver service, liability is limited to a full refund.
     

4. Travel & Venue Requirements

  • We serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and are available for events outside the GTA for an additional travel fee. 
  • The client must ensure the venue provides adequate space, electrical access, and any permissions required for setup.
  • Idle time (early setup or pause between activities) must be arranged in advance and may incur a fee.
     

5. Guest Conduct & Damage

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring guests use the booth respectfully. 
  • Any intentional damage to equipment or props caused by guests may result in repair or replacement charges.
     

6.  Photo Use & Privacy

  • We may use event photos for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website) unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 
  • Guests can access their photos digitally via email, text, or online gallery. We do not share personal information with third parties.
     

7. Props & Customization

  • We provide a curated set of fun, themed props and backdrops. Specific requests can be discussed in advance. 
  • Custom print templates are included in your package and must be approved before the event.
     

8. Weather & Outdoor Events

  • For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing shelter and power access. We cannot operate in rain or extreme weather without proper cover. 
  • Weather-related cancellations are subject to the same refund policy as above.
     

9. Agreement

At New Creation Photobooth, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring we can deliver the best service to all our clients.


📅 Cancellations & Refunds


  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as we’ve reserved your date and begun preparations.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to an emergency or technical failure, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
     

🛠 Service Interruptions or Issues


  • If technical issues occur during your event that significantly affect the booth’s operation, we will assess the situation and offer a partial refund or credit based on the time lost. 
  • Minor issues that do not prevent the booth from operating (e.g., props or digital sharing delays) may not qualify for refunds, but we always aim to make it right.
     

📩 How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please email us at hello@newcreationphotobooth.ca with:

  • Your name and event date 
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting details or photos if applicable


💳 Refund Process


  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • You’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
